R. Gene Dill, LPC (MO), LCAC, NCC
Gene received his Master's Degree from Northwest Missouri State University in 1973. He has over 40 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings including public schools, outpatient, inpatient, residential and private practice. Gene has worked with all age levels, and has focused his practice heavily on chemical dependency treatment and prevention, sexual abuse treatment, relapse prevention and anger management. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, a Board Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors and is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor in Kansas. He is also a member of Kansas City Behavioral Health Professionals.
Gene recently retired from his position as an at-risk counselor for the Independence Missouri Public Schools. He continues to maintain his private practice and consultant business in Olathe, Kansas. Until the school closed, he served as Co-Section Leader of the Professional Treatment Section of the University of Utah School on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependencies. In 2008 the U. of U. School presented Gene with a 20 year service award.
Gene has consulted with numerous programs, schools and agencies including Missouri Western State University, Peru State College, the Nebraska Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, the Manhattan, Kansas public schools, the Miami, Oklahoma public schools, the Louisiana State Supreme Court Drug Court Program, the Missouri School Counselor's Association and has been an adjunct graduate instructor for Northwest Missouri State University.
Susan M. Dill, LAC, MAC, CCJS
Susan holds a Master's Addiction Counseling Certification and is also a Licensed Addictions Counselor. She is a certified provider for Johnson County Adult Court Services and is certified by the State of Kansas Attorney General's Office to provide domestic violence assessment and treatment. She is also a member of Kansas City Behavioral Health Professionals.
Susan has over 33 years of counseling experience including outpatient mental health and private practice settings. She works with adults and families and has focused her practice on domestic violence, substance abuse, anger control, abuse issues and parenting. She has been a presenter in the Professional Treatment Section of the University of Utah School on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependencies, presenting on topics such as Domestic Violence Assessment and Treatment.
Susan opened the doors of Full Circle Education and Counseling Center in October 1986. She is celebrating her 31st year in private practice as of 2016.
